Our Services are designed as free-to-play games, monetized through in-game advertising. We do not collect or share any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) beyond what is necessary to operate our games and serve advertisements.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about the information we do not collect. We do not collect personal information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, physical address, phone number, or photos. We do not require you to create an account to play our games.

2. Information We and Our Partners Collect

To provide our Services, we work with third-party advertising and analytics partners. The information they collect is generally non-personal or pseudo-anonymized and is used for the specific purposes outlined below.

A. Analytics Data

We collect anonymized, aggregated data about in-game actions to help us understand how players use our games and how we can improve them. This includes:

  • Gameplay events (e.g., level completion, features used, session length).
  • Device information (e.g., device model, operating system version, screen resolution).
  • General location data (e.g., country or region, derived from IP address).

This data helps us balance game difficulty, fix bugs, and optimize the overall player experience. It is not tied to a specific individual.

B. Advertising Data

Our games are supported by ads, which are delivered by our third-party ad network partners, such as IronSource and its LevelPlay mediation platform. To serve these ads, our partners may collect certain device information, including:

  • Device Identifiers: Your device’s advertising identifier (e.g., IDFA on Apple or GAID on Android devices).
  • Device Information: IP address, device make and model, operating system, and language settings.
  • Ad Engagement Information: Data about the ads you have been shown or have interacted with.

This information is used to serve ads that may be more relevant to your interests (Personalized Advertising), limit the number of times you see the same ad, and measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To Operate and Improve Our Services: Using analytics to understand player behavior and enhance our games.
  • To Provide Advertising: To monetize our free-to-play games by showing in-game ads.
  • To Comply with Legal Obligations: To enforce our terms and comply with legal requirements.

4. Third-Party Partners and Data Sharing

5. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

A. For Apple iOS Users

We respect your right to control your data. On Apple iOS devices, you have direct control over whether you share your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).

App Tracking Transparency (ATT): Our app complies with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. When you first launch our game, you will be presented with a system pop-up asking for your permission to "track" your activity across other companies' apps and websites.

  • If you choose "Allow," you are consenting to share your IDFA with our advertising partners. This allows them to serve you personalized ads that are generally more relevant.
  • If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," your IDFA will not be shared. You will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized (contextual) and may be less relevant to you.

You can change this setting at any time by going to your iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

B. For Android Users and Data Deletion Requests

GridX Games does not store or have direct access to any personal data collected by our advertising partners. Therefore, to exercise your rights, including data deletion, you must contact our partners directly.

To submit a data deletion request or exercise other privacy rights, please use one of the following methods provided by our partners:

  • In-Ad Controls: Look for an 'AdChoices', 'i', or similar privacy icon on the ads served within our games. Tapping this icon should provide you with options to opt-out of personalized advertising and may provide access to data management tools.
  • Data Deletion Form: You can directly submit a data deletion request to our ad mediation partner by using their official privacy request form: IronSource (now Unity) Privacy Request Form.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible. 7. Data Security

We and our partners implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
